FAQ’S

How do I sign up for the programme?

You can book yourself to complimentary discovery call, send me an email at sonia@nordicnutritionist.com or call directly to my contact numbers, found on the website.

What are my payment options?

You can pay monthly or one go. If you need an alternative payment plan, we can discuss that on a discovery call.

What if I don’t get results?

If followed accordingly, my programmes will get you amazing results and most likely transform your health and diet regime. However, we are all unique and it is not set in stone that any one of us reacts to a programme in a similar way.

 

If you commit to working with me my advice is to be patient. That is one of the reasons why the programme is six months long: there will always be some setbacks along the way but if you are committed and positive, results will follow.

How quickly I will see some results?

The first two weeks are always the hardest and after that, you will start to see some changes: weight start to come off, you are feeling energised, lighter, and optimistic. However, we are all unique and one size does not fit all of us. If you commit to working with me I will tell you to be patient, stay committed and keep following the plan. In two to three months not only will you see the changes, but you will start to hear positive feedback from friends and family when they see you.

Why is the programme so long?

You can´t change your metabolism, eating patterns, cravings, and lifestyle overnight, or correct a serious health concern in weeks. Your body & your mind requires time to adopt a new diet and lifestyle.

 

I have helped people for more than 15 years with their exercise & diet plans, and the most successful clients are those who have committed for a longer period for the programme, wanting to change their life for good.

Can I just buy a one-off session with you instead of a programme?

I don’t offer this option due to their poor success rates. I am committed to getting my clients the change they desire and for me, this requires on-going work and support which is why I only work with clients on a longer term basis.

What if something suddenly happens in my life and I can’t continue with the six month programme?

It is possible to pause the programme or postpone it if you have a good reason. Christmas and summer holidays are not considered good reasons!

 

If and when you are ready to return to the programme ideally this will be within three months. If there has been longer than six months between the initial consultation and the new starting date, another initial consultation is recommended. Results require commitments and commitments brings results

 

My full cancellation policy is detailed in the contract you will be sent when you sign up.

Do I need to contact my doctor when starting the programme?

There is no need to contact your doctor if you don’t have any serious health concerns or illnesses. However, I am always happy to have a chat with your doctor in case you feel like it is relevant, or it makes you feel better.

Are there any health risks when starting the programme?

No. Both Nutrition packages will be tailored to be suitable for the client’s health history and wellbeing goals.
