The Balance programme is an in-depth health and wellbeing solution for those wanting to resolve their health concerns that stop them to live life to the full – it can be hormonal issues, digestion concerns, anxiety or recovering from a serious illness.

 

The Balance programme aims to get to the bottom of any niggling health issues and help you to start feeling great again. Nutritional and supplemental guidance is carefully tailored to support your individual goals. Regular sessions and programme modifications will ensure successful progress and end results.

 

The Balance is not a diet programme. It is a sustainable, effective elimination programme that will be transforming your eating and lifestyle, holistically. You will achieve results and methods that support your wellbeing for the rest of your life.

  • Nutrition programme 60 minutes: detailed guidance to your personalised Nutrition and Supplement programme (2)
  • a 30-minute checking – consultation in two weeks: the purpose is to ensure you are getting on well and managed to start the plan accordingly (3)
  • After 6-8 weeks: Follow up consultation (4) & programme 2
  • Final consultation (5)
