Signature Weight Loss Programme

The Radiance programme is perfect for women who want to lose weight sustainably and learn more about healthy eating and a holistic lifestyle over a period of six months. It is a great option also for those who are suffering hormonal imbalances, emotional eating or going through menopause.

 

If you are tired of being tired, constantly on short term diets and feeling uncomfortable in your skin then my Radiance programme is the solution, and it will transform your life.

 

The Radiance programme focuses on weight loss, enhances your metabolic flexibility and it teaches you techniques on how to stay energised, yet lose weight.

 

Please note you must not have any serious health concerns to undertake this programme.

Sessions

Initial consultation 75 minutes

Nine (9) 50- minutes follow-up sessions over the six months’ time.

Follow up sessions are built for client requests (sessions 6-8)

Costs

The total cost is £1890.00 including your hour long initial consultation.

To pay all at once £1890.00 (or €1890.00)

Or we offer the option to pay in two instalments 2 x £945

  • Initial consultation, 75 minutes
  • Nutrition programme, 60 minutes: Kick Start Nutrition and Supplement programme
  • Checking in session, 30 minutes

Month 2

  • Session 4:  Client progress
  • Session 5: Maintenance programme & modifications
  • Educational material & catching up chats
  • Recipes on request

Month 3

  • Session 6: Client progress & educational theme (client preference)
  • Educational material
  • Catching up chats
  • Recipes on request

Month 4

  • Session 7:  Client Progress and educational theme (client preference)
  • Educational material
  • Catching up chats
  • Recipes on request

Month 5

  • Session 8: educational theme (client preference)
  • Session 9: Final maintenance programme modifications and delivery

Month 6

  • Final session: end of programme session and future goals setting
