Balance is a personalised nutritional therapy programme to address deep-rooted health concerns such as food sensitivities, gut and digestive issues, hormonal issues or insomnia. The protocol is rooted in a science-backed elimination method to get rid of your symptoms and find a diet that works for you. The programme based around Holistic Nutritional Therapy where all recommendations are safe and backed by clinical, functional, and conventional medicine.
The programme duration is dependent on how quickly your body responds to the protocol. Typically, it takes 4-6 months to minimise symptoms and find a solution that works for you. It includes 6 private sessions with your practitioner:
