We offer customized 1:1 nutrition programs (Serenity, Balance, Radiance) four times a year. Nordic Nutritionist diet plans are always built to match your lifestyle and weight loss targets. The Balance programme is an in-depth health and wellbeing solution for those wanting to resolve their health concerns that stop them to live life to the full – it can be hormonal issues, digestion concerns, anxiety or recovering from a serious illness.

The Serenity

The serenity has been created for those keen to have a short “glance” at their current lifestyle and briefly discuss their health concerns and diet with a Nutritional therapist.

About your nutritionist

 

Sonia is a Finnish born, London- Dubai based mother of three. After a career as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, she resolved her own health concerns via optimal nutrition and lifestyle modifications and is now passionate about helping other women to feel at peace with their eating whilst achieving their optimal weight without drastic diets.

As a Nutritional Therapist and a Health Coach, Sonia’s methods include coaching & reflection alongside personalised programme content and aim to help women to achieve their best shape, mindset and live guilt-free where food is a friend, not an enemy.
