Throughout the year, we offer Radiance in two different formats – a fully private 1:1 experience and a slightly more affordable small group format. Both Radiance methods include the same proven curriculum, coaching structure and practitioner guidance. The difference? It’s in how you want to experience the journey. Your 5-month Radiance journey is intentionally designed in to 10 progressive modules to create sustainable change — one step at a time. Each module builds on the last, guiding you on what you eat, how to adjust your mindset, and truly take care of your body.
The module topics are covered in our sessions, where you’ll get support, practical tools, and answers to your questions. You’ll also have access to extra materials and videos on your course platform to help you go deeper at your own pace.
