A Comprehensive Nutrition Consultation
The serenity has been created for those keen to have a short “glance” at their current lifestyle and briefly discuss their health concerns and diet with a nutritional therapist.
The serenity is also a great option for those who are not sure if they need more support or a longer programme.
Overview
- 90 minutes consultation with Sonia, based on a comprehensive consultation form that the client has filled out prior.
- After the consultation, the client receives a 1-page summary of their current health status, and dietary and supplementation recommendations.
- This is not a nutrition plan, it’s a comprehensive consultation.
- The Serenity gives access to purchase a Follow- up Consultation Package
- Personalised Menu plan on request
Costs
The Serenity Programme is £200 including consultations.
- The package cost will be deducted if the client decides to sign up for a longer programme.
Other services
We also offer The Power Hours packages for those looking to stay in touch after their Serenity session. The Power Hour package is a follow-up service for previous clients of any package. You can select three or five follow up sessions based on the level of support you desire.
