We focus on evidence-based strategies, simplified. No calorie counting. No detox teas. Just tools that support your gut, hormones, energy, and long-term success. We don’t follow any particular diet and instead encourage you to add foods that promote your health. Of course, we shy away from ultra-processed foods and added sugars.

If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness. But that being said, we’ve designed everything with your schedule in mind. We offer a range of solutions from quick and easy guides to several month long nutritional therapy programmes to suit your specific needs.

I offer two personalised programmes – Radiance and Balance.

Radiance is designed for weight loss and lifestyle changes when there are no major health issues. Balance is focused on identifying and resolving health concerns and has the option of more lab testing. All programmes are delivered fully online – combining live sessions with self-paced materials.
